I Love Coming Back Home To Heron Cove (Formerly Boones Dock)! I Sit On My Patio And Listen To The Abundant Wildlife, Feel The Cool Breeze Coming Off Of The Lake, And Enjoy The Ambiance Of My Apartment And I Feel Like I'm In Paradise! by Susan C.  on   

Quiet! Friendly neighbors! Clean laundry room with state-of-the-art washers and dryers! Fabulous 'park-like' setting with lots of walking trails! Only a mile from the 'big city', but it feels like you're living in the country! I lived here for 15 years prior to moving back after 12 years and the only thing that's changed is the landscape and trees have matured so beautifully! The grounds are kept meticulously! A nice quiet, friendly place to call home :)

I love the neighborhood, there are good schools close by, and nice parks too. All popular shopping destinations are within minutes, as well as major interstates. The surrounding grounds are breathtaking, I love the water and nature the are all over the complex. Its nice to be able to enjoy my apt complex as though its a park, and when I take my son for a walk, I feel as though I'm on a nature trail. Our apt is very cozy, and we love our views from every room.

The apartments are laid out well, the location is convenient, the price is fantastic (rent is low and electric costs are minimal), and the staff work well with the the tenants (office staff ae friendly and knowledgeable / maintainance staff respond in a timely manner, are clean, act professional.)

overall the apartments are great. the windows are a little old which lets some outdoor noise in at times. and such but overall the apartments have all things in working order. nice place
